Victoria Windows, whose manufacturing base is in Neath, has agreed terms on Unit 4, the mid-terrace unit which provides 11,463 sq ft of space.
The transaction, agreed off the high quoting rent of £6.25 per sq ft, follows the letting completed earlier this summer to UK Storage Company and leaves just one remaining unit available.
The units at Red Lodge Business Park, on the easterly portion of Junction 21 Enterprise Area, were occupied by Masters Golf until its relocation to larger premises in Portishead. They combine modern ground floor warehouse accommodation with first floor office space immediately adjacent to Junction 21 of the M5.
“There is significant demand for good quality, well-located industrial units,” says Emma Smith, senior surveyor in Alder King’s industrial agency team, “but, with supply at a 12 year low, competition is strong and we are achieving higher rental levels.”
